Your Mission (Key Responsibilities)
The Cisco EA Sales Specialist will spearhead software-driven growth by identifying, shaping, and successfully closing Cisco Enterprise Agreement opportunities within our diverse client portfolio. You will be responsible for leading commercial strategy, developing financial models, and structuring deals to effectively convey and deliver the value of Enterprise Agreements (EAs). Your subject-matter expertise will facilitate streamlined licensing processes and expedite time-to-value for our customers. Collaborating with Account Managers, technical teams, and Cisco, you will oversee the entire EA sales process, from initial engagement and proposal creation to negotiation and final signature.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Opportunity Leadership
- Partner with account managers and clients to create, qualify, and advance a robust pipeline of Cisco EA opportunities across Networking, Security, Collaboration, Data Centre, and Observability.
- Analyze data provided by boxxe and Cisco to uncover opportunities within the current install base.
- Engage with stakeholders early to shape buying strategies, consolidate SKUs, and align commercial value (TCO/ROI) with business outcomes.
- Take ownership of scoping, pricing, and proposal creation in CCW/EAWS; lead negotiations towards closure with clear win and close plans.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives, multi-architecture expansions, and co-terming efforts to maximize Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and profit margins.
- Foster Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth across all existing accounts.
Customer Engagement
- Conduct EA discovery sessions, value workshops, and roadmap reviews to simplify licensing and effectively communicate outcomes.
- Act as the primary liaison for EA queries, tenders, and commercial matters; ensure seamless handoff to Customer Success for adoption.
- Assist with renewals and true-ups by providing proactive consumption insights to secure timely and appropriately sized renewals.
Commercial Structuring & Governance
- Develop financial models (baseline vs. EA, consolidation, migration scenarios) and present compelling business cases for decision-makers.
