Develop and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders in client organizations, both regionally and globally.
Accountable for meeting financial objectives, including revenue, expenditure, and debtor targets at a regional level.
Proactively identify new project scopes and cross-selling opportunities to enhance revenue streams across various regions.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and consistently meet key performance indicators and service standards.
Champion the professional growth of team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
Formulate and implement regional initiatives and programs for the account, focusing on savings targets, benchmarking, and industry best practices.
Maintain uniformity in reporting, standard operating procedures, systems, and HR practices across the board.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance within the region.
Exhibit outstanding executive presence, strategic insight, financial literacy, and transformational leadership on a global scale.
Manage the account budget, uncover opportunities for additional revenue generation, and mitigate risks, considering global impacts.
Collaborate with clients worldwide to consistently deliver exceptional client service.
