Position Overview:
As the City Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within Bird's Operations Team. Collaborating with regional Operations leadership, you will oversee all business operations in the Indianapolis area, encompassing full P&L responsibility, vendor and stakeholder relationship management, and the execution of strategic projects. We are seeking a strategic thinker who can maintain a broad vision while meticulously aligning strategy, execution, and outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive mindset, exceptional strategic acumen, strong time management skills, and the capability to communicate effectively and solicit buy-in from stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete operation of the designated portfolio with guidance from the Operations leadership team.
- Monitor and enhance operational performance and efficiency: track and report on critical metrics related to operations, ridership, supply, and demand.
- Utilize data to refine processes, creatively address challenges, and evaluate results.
- Act as the point of contact for resolving operational issues with stakeholders, including city officials, vendors, and third-party partners.
