Position Overview
In your role as a Civil Design Manager, you will oversee quality assurance and control for our design team while providing comprehensive design reviews. Your responsibilities will include leading project staff on technical matters and participating in client meetings. Travel to various job sites across diverse terrains and weather conditions may be required during different phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technical project staff, ensuring collaboration across all disciplines involved.
- Plan and supervise the quality review process for project deliverables.
- Act as a consultative resource for clients to resolve project challenges.
- Enhance and develop expertise in specific design areas.
- Conduct senior-level design reviews and address technical issues as they arise.
- Assist in preparing project studies through drawing completion, sketching, or data collection.
- Encourage efficiency in producing high-quality work.
- Guide and mentor less experienced staff through their assignments.
