Your primary role will be to act as a liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that any challenges faced by our clients are addressed promptly. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Client Experience Associates to swiftly resolve account-related issues, enhancing the efficiency of our call handling.
Address client inquiries concerning account updates, billing questions, or general concerns via phone, email, and chat, all while adhering to response time requirements and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments (Product Development/Billing) to guarantee timely and effective solutions to client issues.
Proactively identify client needs and challenges, taking initiative to foster a positive client experience.
Establish and nurture strong, trustworthy relationships with clients through open and engaging communication.
Work alongside the team to analyze key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, retention, and engagement, striving to improve these metrics in alignment with team goals.
