Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison for senior stakeholders, conduct effective meetings, establish clear agendas, provide timely follow-ups, and lead quarterly business reviews that align results with business objectives.Executive Communication: Navigate trade-offs, address objections in real-time, and craft data-driven narratives to protect and grow client accounts.Retention and Expansion: Manage contract renewals and upselling opportunities. Anticipate value, create QBR/EBR presentations, agree on project scope and budget, and oversee change orders. Monitor the expansion pipeline for each account with clear next steps.Project Oversight: Liaise with internal SEO, content, and link-building teams to ensure deadlines are met. Quality assure deliverables and provide contextual insights before client presentations. Track progress against KPIs and proactively resolve any obstacles.Growth Strategy Collaboration: Work alongside Organic Growth Strategists, Editorial Leads, and Leadership to pinpoint and propose new opportunities across SEO, content, CRO, and GEO. Align roadmaps with client revenue and retention goals.Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for client concerns. Assess issues, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Candidates must have work hours that overlap by at least 3 hours with US Eastern Time.
