In this pivotal role, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, fostering and enhancing relationships through proactive and transparent communication across various channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, educational materials, emails, and video conferencing.
- Design and implement strategic review plans that ensure our services align with and help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Evaluate services provided and proactively create initiatives for improvement.
- Guide clients on new and revised service offerings.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify retender and renewal opportunities.
- Analyze client management data to uncover trends and opportunities for enhanced service delivery.
- Oversee subcontractor relationships, ensuring coordinated service delivery and accurate reporting.
- Ensure that contractual terms are suitable for the services offered and adjust them as necessary.
