Position: Client and Stakeholder Manager - Horticulture
Location: Dublin
Reports To: Senior Manager - Horticulture
Grade: 4
The salary for this role ranges from €82,824 to €98,165, with new entrants starting at the beginning of the scale.

Your Role
In this role, you will develop, manage, and implement strategic plans and programs within the horticulture sectors that align with Bord Bia’s mission, engaging clients and stakeholders to expand categories and create business opportunities, while contributing to the overarching Bord Bia 3-year strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Bord Bia’s horticultural programs, aligning annual planning with the broader strategic objectives.
- Support and contribute to significant Bord Bia events and initiatives relevant to horticulture, including Bloom, sector seminars, national conferences, and tailored initiatives.
- Foster strong business relationships and collaborate with clients and stakeholders in the industry.
