You will be responsible for managing executive relationships and leading dynamic virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services, to ensure we deliver unparalleled support to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to drive client success and satisfaction.
- Act as the primary relationship manager between clients and ServiceNow, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with various ServiceNow solution teams to tailor offerings that align with the strategic outcomes of our clients.
- Manage all executive relationships for assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Oversee the global development of assigned accounts, including the strategic deployment of worldwide resources.
- Foster trust and build deep multi-tiered relationships across client organizations, from project teams to C-suite executives.
- Develop a clear roadmap to enhance capabilities and promote an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet and exceed financial targets related to licenses, renewals, and professional services for your assigned clients.
