Qualifications
Successful candidates will have: A solid understanding of the RetinAI/Ikerian current and evolving portfolio of products and services.Experience in researching and identifying potential targets within the Pharma, Biotech, and CRO sectors focused on eye care.The ability to leverage available resources and personal networks to establish contacts in target organizations.Proficiency in lead generation and cold calling to prospective clients.Strong interpersonal skills to engage with prospects and customers, whether in-person or via phone.The capability to develop compelling pitches tailored to organizational and customer needs.Experience in nurturing and developing relationships with clients.A strategic mindset to see the bigger picture while setting clear goals for business development and identifying new opportunities.A collaborative spirit to work closely with Customer Success, Research, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to implement necessary changes.Experience drafting client contracts in collaboration with relevant internal teams (operations and legal).Skills to support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a successful integration process.

Your responsibilities will include strategic planning and positioning within target markets, thereby optimizing business operations and our market presence. You will report to the VP of Business Development and be part of a dynamic and expanding team.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in consultative sales within the Ophthalmology Pharma, Biotech, Real World Evidence, and/or Clinical Research Organizations (CROs). As an independent thinker and self-starter, you will thrive in an ambiguous environment and excel at problem-solving with a results-driven approach.
