Job Summary The Strategic Partnerships team at PrismHR is dedicated to cultivating long-lasting and mutually beneficial relationships that enhance value for our customers, including Human Resource Outsourcers (HROs), Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs), and Workforce Solutions Enterprises (WSEs). The Client Growth Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting the adoption of PrismHR's innovative solutions and products among our HRO partners and their SMB clientele.
Roles, Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive revenue growth by implementing and managing client-focused outreach programs directed at PrismHR service providers and their clients. • Collaborate effectively with PrismHR Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to enhance client adoption of our solutions. • Work closely with partners to align objectives and strategies, ensuring accountability for successful execution. • Foster robust client relationships through ongoing outreach, participation in Client Business Review meetings, and engagement at PrismHR Client Events. • Present key metrics related to add-on product and service attachment rates during Client Business Review meetings. • Analyze program performance and deliver recommendations for data-driven improvements.
