Job Overview
As a vital member of our collaborative team reporting to the Senior Project Manager Director, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills while applying your expertise. We are seeking a Client Operations Analyst responsible for:
Meeting client needs effectively.
Overseeing project processes, including schedule management, budget control, and timely deliveries.
Ensuring high-quality outputs that align with client objectives and Jellyfish standards.
Balancing practical execution with daily leadership responsibilities.
Facilitating communication among project teams and company partners to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
Proficiency in English (advanced/fluent) as our clients and team are based in the USA.
Strong foundational knowledge of project management principles.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, or similar).
Understanding of both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Insight into the technologies and processes involved in delivering digital projects in an advertising context.
A proactive mindset and exceptional problem-solving skills.
