Role Overview
- Forge and nurture robust business relationships with clients.
- Continuously monitor client business developments, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct thorough client analyses to gain insights into their strategies, expansion goals, and pain points.
- Provide expert advice to clients on optimizing Clear Junction services or transitioning to more suitable solutions.
- Deliver key client insights and analyses to the Head of the Relationship Management Department.
- Inform the Risk and Compliance Department of significant changes in client business.
- Devise and implement strategies for problem resolution and revenue growth.
- Maintain precise records in SuiteCRM and HubSpot.
- Client Analysis & Relationship Management
- Monitor client transactions and revenue trends.
- Evaluate service quality metrics and address client complaints.
- Conduct client surveys and review feedback for continuous improvement.
- Execute action plans to enhance client satisfaction and overall business performance.
- Sales & Negotiation
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Lead client negotiations and finalize tailored solutions.
- Prepare and oversee client offers, securing necessary approvals.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and necessary approvals.
- Risk & Compliance
- Act as the primary defense against AML, financial crime, and sanctions risks.
- Evaluate and manage client debt, negotiating repayment plans as needed.
- Recommend service suspension or contract cancellation for overdue debts (pending senior management approval).
- Product & Service Enhancement
- Facilitate testing and implementation of innovative products and services.
- Collect and process client feedback for service and software enhancements.
- Recommend improvements to proprietary software, statistical reports, and CRM functionalities.
- CRM & Documentation
- Ensure thorough and accurate record-keeping within CRM systems.
- Maximize the use of CRM tools to enhance efficiency and tracking.
