Position Overview
The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for the Federal Team plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving strategic growth initiatives for designated federal clients or portfolios. As the primary liaison for our federal clients, you will cultivate essential relationships within the firm, spearhead strategic capture and pursuit initiatives, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical leaders, project managers, marketing teams, and firm leadership to strategically position Olsson for success with various federal agencies, including the Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Your responsibilities encompass not only traditional business development functions but also leadership in capture planning, proposal strategy, and coordination during SF-330 and federal proposal development efforts.
As a Federal Client Relationship Manager at Olsson, you will be a subject matter expert in federal client engagement and capture strategies. You will oversee essential federal client relationships, provide guidance to technical teams during pursuits, and leverage your knowledge of federal procurement, compliance, and delivery processes to facilitate sustainable growth.
In this key role, you will establish and maintain strong connections with client stakeholders, facilitate collaboration among internal technical and operational leaders, cross-sell firm services, and manage strategic project pursuits. You will also work in tandem with Marketing and proposal teams to create compelling, compliant proposals that align with client expectations and agency requirements.
