Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate (CSA) to enhance our service delivery at M/S.RP Outsourcing Services. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients by managing inquiries, processing requests, and facilitating policy administration. Your contributions will be vital in delivering superior customer service, ensuring policy accuracy, and fostering seamless communication between clients and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support & Communication: Act as the primary contact for client inquiries related to policies, renewals, billing, and claims. Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary, while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Policy Administration: Assist in the issuance, renewal, endorsement, and cancellation of policies. Ensure accuracy in client records and keep account details updated.
- Claims & Billing Assistance: Support clients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and premium reminders, ensuring they receive the correct policy documents.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all operations adhere to insurance regulations and maintain accurate records.
