Your Role as a Client Service Intern
As a vital member of the Client Service team, you will bridge the gap between our clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your daily tasks will involve managing multiple projects from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at leading organizations, all looking for expert insights to guide their decisions. This role is communication-intensive and will require you to juggle several tasks simultaneously.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Recruiting Experts: Engage in meaningful conversations with experts who are the ideal match for your clients' projects, often under tight timelines.
- Understanding Project Context: Grasp the project and market dynamics, along with the legal and regulatory frameworks that influence both clients and experts.
- Taking Ownership: Manage every aspect of your projects, from initiating and overseeing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls for seamless collaboration.
