We are seeking an enthusiastic Client Service Manager to bridge the gap between our sales and delivery teams, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of our Chinese customers while enhancing their overall experience. This role will involve liaising with multiple contacts from our overseas production teams to streamline communication and service delivery, ultimately boosting customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage actively in client meetings, collaborating with colleagues from various departments to facilitate service delivery.
- Conduct client meetings in designated territories when sales team members are unavailable.
- Hold regular meetings with all contacts in your assigned area, relaying important information to relevant team leaders and members.
- Collaborate with global service delivery teams to effectively respond to customer inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and work with the service delivery team to provide satisfactory solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information within the CRM system.
- Occasionally assist with client-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your line manager.
