Job Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of customer inquiries, supporting the Commercial Banking teams for both consumer and business clients in processing requests and information.
- Utilize case management tools effectively to prioritize tasks and monitor progress in alignment with service level agreements.
- Build strong partnerships and maintain open communication with business, operations, and internal banking teams to enhance client experiences.
- Review daily reports, manage temporary overdrafts, and process funds transfer requests, including fee modifications.
- Facilitate the account opening process by collecting necessary documents and coordinating with clients and internal teams regarding KYC.
- Conduct client call-backs to authenticate requests related to transactions, account maintenance, and loan servicing.
- Manage communication timing and responses for processing requests, including training schedules, bank projects, and client messages.
- Demonstrate accountability and integrity in managing assignments while adhering to compliance guidelines and ensuring attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to lead initiatives aimed at improving client experience, ensuring data integrity, and optimizing workflows.
- Participate in various projects that enhance case management processes.
