YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE...
- Welcoming guests, guiding them, and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

- Performing routine maintenance and basic upkeep of slot machines.
- Responding to common troubleshooting requests for slot machines.
- Promoting the various commercial initiatives and loyalty programs established by the casino.
- Building client loyalty.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the slot machine area.
- Recognizing regular clients and their preferences, while ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
- Fostering excellent relationships with customers, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Being attentive to customer expectations and needs.
- Handling all customer service requests by directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Monitoring and ensuring customer satisfaction levels.
