As a Client Services Associate at TransPerfect, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed clients, facilitating seamless communication between production teams and clients. You will be responsible for initiating new projects, ensuring all details are meticulously handled from preflight to production handover.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address client inquiries regarding new projects through our centralized technology platform.
Collaborate with production team members to evaluate project scopes and deliver cost and timeline estimates for translation services.
Kick off projects by providing comprehensive budgets, schedules, and instructions to the project team, while proactively identifying potential challenges.
Engage with clients to resolve any issues before projects are submitted to the production team.
Where applicable, set specific project parameters to ensure the production team is well-prepared for success.
Proactively learn about the client's industry and business needs, educating the project team to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor project progress, ensuring deadlines and budgets are strictly adhered to, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Serve as the key liaison between external clients and internal production staff.
Manage and fulfill client expectations effectively.
Comply with all ISO regulations, processes, and procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting any project-related issues.
Thoroughly understand project instructions and communicate effectively with the production team.
Investigate and resolve client complaints as necessary.
Engage in discussions with clients and production staff to creatively solve any arising issues.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by a manager or supervisor.
