The Client Services Associate will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Overseeing new hire training and onboarding for registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs)
- Assisting with daily payroll reviews
- Executing background checks in compliance with New York state regulations
- Establishing strong partnerships with regional recruiting teams
- Maintaining employee files and ensuring compliance
- Coordinating client services and addressing urgent scheduling challenges
- Managing a personal caseload while actively seeking to expand it
- Building lasting connections with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
