About the Role
Join our dynamic team at PubMatic as a Client Services Campaign Manager. This exciting position is perfect for recent graduates eager to dive into the realms of AdTech, data analytics, and AI-driven operational workflows. You will partner with global teams to oversee and enhance Private Marketplace (PMP) deals, meticulously analyze campaign performance, and ensure the flawless execution of operations for our esteemed publisher and advertiser partners. Additionally, you will harness AI-powered tools and analytics to boost operational efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and generate insightful reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee PMP deal setup, activation, and optimization within the PubMatic platform.
- Collaborate with diverse global teams including Advertiser Solutions, Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to execute deals within stipulated SLAs.
- Analyze campaign and deal performance to extract data-driven insights and provide optimization recommendations.
- Utilize PubMatic analytics, internal tools, and AI workflows to monitor performance and resolve underperforming deals.
- Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to enhance reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain precise updates across internal systems such as Salesforce and JIRA.

- Basic knowledge of AI tools, automation platforms, or prompt-based workflows.
- Exposure to web technologies, debugging tools, or data analysis concepts.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with global cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
