Twoconnect is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Services Executive to manage a dedicated portfolio of UK-based clients during the mid-shift hours. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing client retention, ensuring performance excellence, and fostering long-term growth. As the primary contact for non-sales inquiries, you will guarantee that clients receive consistent and high-quality support.
- Take ownership of and manage a portfolio of UK clients, ensuring regular engagement and acting as the main point of contact for non-sales issues.
- Coordinate and resolve client challenges spanning performance, HR, and IT, escalating potential risks promptly and keeping precise CRM records.
- Guide clients in effectively managing offshore teams, addressing cultural dynamics, communication strategies, and performance management.
- Identify opportunities for team growth, including new roles or replacements, ensuring a smooth transition to Talent teams.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as People & Culture, Performance, Talent, and Technology to address client challenges and drive results.
