As the Client Services Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of Project Managers responsible for delivering Day-1 implementation projects for NiCE's enterprise and SMB clients throughout Canada and the United States. While your direct reports will be Project Managers, you will oversee the collective success of each project, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams including Solution Consultants, Technical Implementation Engineers, and Integration Specialists. This leadership role emphasizes governance and accountability in delivery, ensuring our implementations are predictable, efficient, and of the highest quality.
