- Manage a substantial volume of inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct approximately 120 outbound calls daily to validate requests.
- Confirm customer needs and enhance form data.
- Quickly establish rapport in concise, focused conversations.
- Utilize platforms like ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and topprovider.com for data verification.
- Document all interactions and validations within the system.
- Select appropriate vendors based on buyer needs.
- Facilitate communication between buyers and suppliers.
- Conduct post-connection follow-ups for quality control.
- Meet performance metrics including response times, screening duration, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, outbound calling, sales support, or lead qualification.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls.
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in CRM systems and various validation platforms.
- Able to work independently and be metrics-driven.
