Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Engage with Box Office and Ticketing managers to cultivate a deep understanding of each client and venue's unique needs.Become proficient in AXS products and services, staying updated on new releases.Address support and service inquiries from clients and venues with efficiency.Promote best practices by advising clients on event and promotion configurations.Document and report on all client interactions to guarantee consistent, high-quality service.Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.Assist with event and promotion configurations for full-service clients.What We Seek:2-4 years of experience in live event ticketing and programming within the music sector.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.A commitment to fostering positive client relationships.
