The Client Services Supervisor plays a pivotal role in managing daily facility operations and supervising the Client Service Representatives (CSRs). This position guarantees that client requirements are fulfilled, projects are executed seamlessly, and operational standards are upheld. The Client Services Supervisor collaborates closely with the Facility Manager to facilitate client projects, oversee logistics, and provide an exceptional client experience. This role primarily focuses on evening hours, with schedules organized by management based on client activities and operational demands.
- Perform CSR duties as necessary to bolster daily operations.
- Lead and mentor the CSR team, ensuring top-notch service and operational proficiency.
- Maintain regular communication with the Facility Manager about operational progress and project updates.
- Oversee and manage client projects from initiation to completion.
- Organize and manage digital project files effectively.
- Review menu sheets and coordinate food orders when necessary.
- Handle participant compensation and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial documents.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping, manage package inventory, and conduct product counts as required.
- Compile and distribute both operational and project reports.
- Liaise with other markets as necessary and provide updates to project managers and off-site clients during projects.
- Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory as needed.
- Perform additional tasks to support facility operations as assigned.
