Key Responsibilities:
Support event and promotion setup for full-service clients.
Share best practices and provide guidance on event configuration.
Partner with Client Services Managers, cultivating relationships and understanding unique venue challenges.
Maintain expertise in all AXS products and services, staying updated on new releases.
Address client and venue support requests effectively.
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary.
Document and report all client interactions to ensure high-quality service.
Oversee incoming support requests, assign tasks to staff, and assist Junior Client Services representatives.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
4-6 years of experience in live event ticketing and programming.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Team-oriented with a commitment to collaboration.
