Role Overview
As a vital member of the Client Solutions team, the Client Solutions Associate will play a key role in matching our clients with the ideal subject matter experts. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our network and enhancing our impact by facilitating insightful qualitative interviews. This dynamic role requires adaptability and strong communication skills, as no two days will be alike. You will actively improve existing processes and collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams to integrate client feedback into product enhancements.
