The Client Success team plays a crucial role in forging positive relationships and ensuring a seamless client experience. As we grow rapidly, we seek a dedicated Client Success Manager to work closely with our leadership team.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Lead high-priority cross-functional projects in collaboration with the CEO.
- Drive complex operational initiatives, assisting healthcare groups in organizing across all 50 states.
- Manage relationships with leaders of multi-state healthcare companies and guide them through the onboarding process.
- Innovate processes, structures, systems, and automations to enhance efficiency and support growth.
- Represent the company to external stakeholders, including clients and medical boards.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Handle client communications with professionalism and care.
- Build trust and foster strong client relationships through proactive support.
