Role ObjectivesOversee a portfolio of 80-100 property manager clients, collaborating closely to develop customized success strategies.Revolutionize customer success by delivering exceptional and effortless experiences.Streamline the journeys of residents, property managers, and investors by working together to understand their goals, crafting tailored solutions, and helping them surpass their objectives.Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, minimize churn, and advocate for customer growth.Collaborate with clients to achieve 75% RBP activation through quarterly audits and impact assessments.Maintain a renewal rate exceeding 95%.Proactively reduce churn by identifying risks early and implementing effective mitigation strategies.Track resident engagement, usage, and health metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.Generate reports on usage and activation to highlight improvement opportunities.Educate clients on maximizing activations/enrollments, serving as an RBP ambassador to promote long-term success.Collect feedback proactively and, when necessary, relay insights internally to ensure outstanding service throughout the organization.
