THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive Client Success Manager who is passionate about serving as a strategic partner to our clients and is instrumental in driving revenue growth. This position is perfect for someone who excels in managing campaigns and fostering client relationships while being ready to embrace greater responsibilities in enhancing performance, ensuring retention, and driving account expansion.
As a Client Success Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients and act as their primary contact throughout the campaign lifecycle. You will work collaboratively with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign launches, meet key performance metrics, and align with each client's attribution model and business goals.
In this role, you will closely track performance metrics, conduct performance evaluations, and proactively identify areas for optimization to enhance campaign effectiveness.
