About This Opportunity:
Join a rapidly expanding company as their Client Success Manager, where you will take ownership of client relationships for cold email and lead generation campaigns. Your mission will be to drive quantifiable results for 20-30 active clients while ensuring exceptional satisfaction, retention, and campaign performance in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do:
• Act as the primary contact for 20-30 active cold email and lead generation clients.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients, manage expectations, and oversee ongoing campaign requests.
• Analyze and rectify underperforming cold email campaigns to enhance results.
• Address deliverability issues, assess list quality, and optimize low-converting copy.
• Ensure quality assurance of campaigns prior to launch, meeting readiness and performance standards.
• Identify potential risks proactively and mitigate client churn through stellar relationship management.
• Develop and refine delivery documentation, playbooks, and processes as the business grows.
• Monitor client success metrics, SLAs, and delivery standards for continual improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team on technical challenges and the outreach team on execution.
• Provide reports on client health, campaign performance, and delivery metrics to leadership.
What You Bring:
• Proven experience in client delivery, account management, or operations within a growing company.
• Familiarity with cold email agencies, lead generation, or similar fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on experience with cold email strategies, copywriting, deliverability, and inbox placement.
• Capability to write copy and troubleshoot campaigns during technical challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in evolving systems and processes.
• Technical understanding of APIs, automations, and data flows with minimal engineering support.
• Daily practical use of AI tools for operational tasks and campaign optimization.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage executive-level client relationships.
• Experience in a startup setting with high ownership and flexible responsibilities.
• Focused on execution, measurable impact, and results-driven outcomes.
