Key Responsibilities as Client Success Manager for Germany
You will become an integral part of our small but expanding German team from day one. Collaborating closely with two Key Account Partnership Managers and an Underwriter, you'll play a vital role as we grow our operations in Germany with additional hires planned throughout 2026.
In this hands-on role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German clients, managing inquiries through calls, emails, and chats. You will assist customers requiring support, have inquiries about their credit facilities, or wish to explore additional financing options. Initially, you will also support the management of inbound leads, ensuring every client inquiry receives the necessary attention.
Beyond reactive support, you will proactively nurture and strengthen relationships with existing SME clients in NRW and surrounding areas. Through comprehensive discussions, you will gain insights into client objectives and financial circumstances using our proprietary tools and data models, serving as a strategic partner for clients facing challenges.
During the initial phase, your tasks will be exploratory in nature. You will review and adapt existing Dutch processes to suit the German context, refining communication materials, customer journeys, and nurturing flows to ensure alignment with German expectations and cultural nuances. As our client base expands, your role will evolve into a more structured and scalable framework.
