Position Overview: As a Client Support Specialist, you will engage with clients, brokers, and partners through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all communications adhere to our operational standards and client protocols. Your role will be vital in managing time-sensitive inquiries related to estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and maintaining high-quality service.
Work Schedule: US Hours (EST)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Long Term
Compensation: USD 700 per month
Benefits: 10 PTO days and HMO after the probationary period
Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly
Self-Provided Equipment Required.
