Role Overview
As a Client Success Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and managing relationships through regular check-ins, account evaluations, and prompt customer support. This position merges client-facing communication with administrative tasks and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient account management and timely resolution of client inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support & Communication
Handle and respond to customer inquiries via Intercom messages and emails.
Identify client requirements and deliver timely, effective solutions.
Perform proactive client check-ins to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Account Reviews & Performance Tracking
Conduct regular account reviews with clients.
Utilize scoring modules to evaluate performance and client satisfaction.
Spot opportunities to enhance client experience and outcomes.
Administrative & Account Support
Assist with administrative tasks pertaining to client accounts and project coordination.
Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation to support account management.
Collaboration & Meetings
Engage in video meetings and calls with clients.
Participate in discussions with the development team and project manager to stay updated on projects and deliverables.
Effectively communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
