This position starts as part-time (20–30 hours per week, Monday–Friday), offering an hourly wage between $20 and $25.

ROLE SUMMARY
As the Client Success Representative, you will serve as the primary contact for real estate agents interested in commission advances. Your role involves assisting clients throughout the application and onboarding process, ensuring they provide accurate documentation and preparing files for review and approval.
Your focus will be on pre-approval support—helping agents understand the requirements, guiding them through the application process, and ensuring all submitted information is correct and ready for assessment. You will also reach out to agents who have started but not completed their applications, addressing their inquiries and maintaining prompt and friendly communication throughout.
This is a dynamic, communication-intensive role requiring strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and a commitment to excellent client service.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
• Respond to prospective clients via phone, text, email, and chat
• Assist agents in the application and documentation submission process
• Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy
• Identify early hurdles (missing forms, unclear dates, inconsistent information)
• Follow up with agents who began but have not finalized an application
• Prepare clean and accurate files for approval review
• Maintain a high response rate and deliver an exceptional client experience
• Educate clients on subsequent steps, documentation needs, and timelines
• Update Salesforce with client information, document status, and application progress
• Coordinate internally with operations as files advance toward approval
• Monitor application progress and ensure timely movement toward a decision
