Your Role
As Hike's inaugural Account Manager focused exclusively on the clinical sector, you will take charge of the complete commercial lifecycle for a growing portfolio of O&P clinics, podiatry practices, and physical therapy centers — from initial demo through onboarding and sustained revenue growth.
This is a full-cycle position where you are responsible for the demo, onboarding, and driving user adoption, maintaining accountability for commercial performance from day one through renewal and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who:
Excels at managing the entire relationship — comfortable closing a demo in the morning and addressing billing inquiries in the afternoon
Can engage confidently with clinicians and practice owners regarding workflow, reimbursement, and practice economics
Is organized and skilled enough to manage a high volume of accounts at various stages without losing track
You will collaborate closely with our Clinical SDRs at the top of the sales funnel and work alongside Operations and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery, positioning you at the heart of Hike's clinical revenue strategy.
