As the Clinical Education Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our clinical learning infrastructure, serving thousands of behavioral health providers on the Grow platform. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering continuing education programs, managing our accreditation partnerships with organizations like NBCC, ASWB, and AANP, and ensuring our CE offerings meet regulatory standards while providing real clinical value.
Embedded in the Provider Experience team, you will act as the licensed clinical authority, creating credible, rigorous programming that resonates with our providers. Collaborating closely with the events, community, and communications teams, you will bring clinical content to life through live webinars, our annual provider summit, and various external events.
This role transcends typical Learning & Development positions; it encompasses clinical education, community strategy, and relationship management, all converging at the intersection of provider trust, clinical rigor, and business growth.
