Qualifications
QualificationsRequired:Education: A Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) is essential. A Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) is preferred; however, candidates currently enrolled in an MSN program with a completion date within 18 months of hire will be considered.Experience:A minimum of 3 years in clinical practice within an acute care setting.Proven experience in adult education, including course design and development.Certifications & Licenses:Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Preferred:Certification in a nursing core specialty.Previous formal teaching experience.Leadership capabilities.Experience with high-fidelity and low-fidelity simulation training.
