As the Clinical Operations Manager, you will lead and manage a dedicated team of Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Assistants, ensuring their professional growth, overseeing administrative tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
This position is primarily office-based in Tbilisi, with options for flexible remote work.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate the activities and workloads of Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Assistants.
- Conduct mid-year and annual employee performance assessments.
- Manage tasks related to the execution of clinical research projects.
- Organize and ensure that biomedical research is carried out in compliance with client agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Develop proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for clinical trials.
- Maintain clinical trial contracts and amendments, and plan clinical trial budgets.
- Coordinate financial reporting and invoicing.
- Ensure optimal resource availability and allocation.
- Engage in effective communication with clients.
- Support business development initiatives.
