Summary:
The Clinical Specialist is a dedicated professional passionate about enhancing patient care and educating physicians and staff. This role involves proctoring surgical cases to ensure excellence and independently managing CVAC procedures, while training the surgical team on the safe and effective use of our devices. The Clinical Specialist collaborates closely with surgical team members to provide vital clinical product support, ensuring familiarity with surgical procedures, instruments, supplies, and equipment.
In this role, you will also oversee instrument preparation before surgeries and throughout procedures, as well as manage inventory needs and related administrative tasks.
Please note, this position does not provide a pathway to a Territory Sales Manager role within Calyxo, Inc., due to the level of experience required for that position.
Ideal candidates will reside within the designated geographical area. This role involves covering any CVAC case within the designated territory or, on occasion, nationwide as assigned. The Clinical Specialist will also offer clinical support for both physician and sales training initiatives.
