Hours: 32–40 per week
This position requires working from our office at least three days per week. Flexible working hours are available, but this is not a fully remote role (working from abroad is not permitted).

Challenge yourself as a Cloud Engineer
In your role as a Cloud Engineer, you will oversee the management, optimization, and growth of our cloud infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment. Your work will involve a modern blend of on-premises and cloud technologies, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Azure, M365, and our evolving Kubernetes environment utilizing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the continuity, scalability, and security of our platforms, which serve approximately 2000 colleagues worldwide.
Your primary responsibilities include:
Managing, optimizing, and expanding our Azure environment.
Maintaining and further developing our Microsoft 365 environment (including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune).
Developing and managing our Kubernetes environment on AKS.
Automating and deploying cloud infrastructure in Azure using tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Configuring and managing Microsoft 365 through admin portals and policy settings (e.g., Intune, Conditional Access, compliance policies).
Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
Monitoring and enhancing the security, availability, and performance of our cloud, M365, and container platforms.
Supporting migrations from on-premises workloads to Azure and Microsoft 365.
Contributing to the modernization and simplification of our infrastructure.
Working with Linux systems, where familiarity is a strong advantage as their use is steadily increasing within our environment.

Featuring a blend of two self-managed datacenters (with hardware and Hyper-V), a rapidly expanding Azure environment, a comprehensive Microsoft 365 implementation, and a Kubernetes platform on AKS, we are continuously focused on optimizing and modernizing our systems. You will actively participate in architectural decisions, cloud migrations, and security measures by design.
