Qualifications
As the Club Manager of our Groningen location, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the club's success. You will lead a team of approximately 10 colleagues daily, ensuring growth in occupancy, experience, and community engagement. Your presence will be felt within the Groningen sports and hospitality scene, as you establish collaborations and represent Peakz Padel as the face of padel in the city.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and inspire your team.Ensure optimal court occupancy through Pay & Play, lessons, Club Sessions, and events.Build community and uphold hospitality, ensuring everyone feels welcome.Develop and implement strategies for growth and quality improvement.Coordinate with your Area Manager and Peakz Padel HQ (marketing, HR, finance, events).Your Profile:Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in sports, hospitality, or leisure sectors.You excel in team development and derive energy from coaching and connecting with people.Strong commercial acumen, making choices based on data and opportunities.You possess courage, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for sports—experience in padel is a plus!You are a connector who aims to further energize Groningen!

Our indoor club Euroborg in Groningen is a vibrant hub for padel enthusiasts. Featuring 11 indoor courts and an additional singles court, it stands as one of the largest padel venues in Northern Netherlands, where students, avid players, and groups of friends come together for exciting matches and a unique atmosphere.
