Qualifications
Your Responsibilities:Generate and modify CAM toolpaths utilizing HyperMill.Setup and operate modern 5-axis CNC mills and lathes.Machine high-performance materials such as Inconel and composites to exact tolerances.Produce aerospace components including brackets and fluid system parts with precision.Conduct in-process inspections and make adjustments as needed.Utilize the band saw for raw material preparation prior to machining.Program and manage operations on the WEDM machine.Maintain clean and organized workstations according to aerospace quality standards.Perform routine maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.Collaborate with leads to resolve issues and receive feedback.Profile:Technical degree in machining or manufacturing (vocational or advanced).Demonstrated experience in CNC machining and programming, preferably with HyperMill.Ability to independently set up and operate CNC machinery for complex parts.Experience working with tight-tolerance aerospace components, composites, and alloys.Self-motivated and focused on quality, with a commitment to delivering parts for critical applications.
