FutureSight is in search of an innovative and experienced Founding CEO to spearhead the development of a groundbreaking AI-driven platform designed to revolutionize how architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms secure project proposals and pursuits.
In an industry laden with complexity, AEC firms face significant challenges as proposal and marketing teams struggle to keep up with coordinating technical experts, sifting through outdated content, and tracking various requirements across RFQs, RFPs, and qualification packages. This often leads to slower submissions, inconsistent success rates, and considerable operational burdens, all of which directly affect firm growth and backlog visibility.
Introducing BidOps – an advanced AI-native proposal platform aimed at AEC firms that automates compliance tracking, intelligently reuses institutional knowledge, and streamlines collaboration among technical experts. Our solution enables firms to expedite their processes, minimize submission risks, and pursue more opportunities with the same resources.
Key Responsibilities as Founding CEO:
- Drive customer acquisition — Oversee pilot programs, define pricing strategies, and validate customer retention and expansion efforts.
- Product Development — Collaborate with FutureSight’s product and engineering teams to launch the first version of the platform.
- Fundraising — Lead the initial seed funding round to secure our early investment.
- Team Building — Recruit your founding team and establish a strong cultural foundation.
