Your Role:
As a full-time Co-Manager at Windsor, you will be the essential support to the Store Manager, working collaboratively to uphold our mission in the store. You will share responsibility for achieving store performance in terms of sales, shrinkage, payroll, and expenses. Your role includes coaching and motivating a dynamic team of fashion-forward Assistant Managers and Stylists, ensuring that all team members are treated with dignity and respect.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Success: As a vital member of the sales leadership team, you will spearhead initiatives to boost sales, ensuring the store's overall success. As the “Host of the Party,” you will enhance customer loyalty by delivering an exceptional omni-channel experience. You will analyze KPI reporting and leverage data to inform effective behaviors, tackling challenges to create value for the brand.
Attract and Retain Talent: Collaborating with the Store Manager, you will identify and recruit outstanding talent. Your proactive networking efforts will ensure a robust talent pool, while your commitment to an exceptional onboarding experience will support company retention objectives.
Strategic Organization: Your motto, “Right people, right place, right time,” reflects your meticulous planning and organizational skills. You will adeptly analyze reports to ensure payroll compliance and execute operational strategies that create an inviting oasis for our customers.
Leadership and Development: You prioritize the training and growth of your team, leading by example and communicating effectively. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, and constructive feedback, utilizing company tools and programs.
Integrity and Compliance: Understanding the importance of integrity, you will adhere to all Windsor policies and procedures.
Maintain Store Standards: In partnership with the Store Manager, you will ensure the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive, maintaining a tidy, compliant store in line with Visual Guidelines while making informed merchandising decisions.
Cultural Ambassador: You embody and promote Windsor values in every aspect of your work, delivering your best daily and nurturing a culture of respect, ownership, and commitment.
Qualifications:
You have a minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing team members.
Strong analytical skills to drive business results through data insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in operational execution and merchandising strategies.
