Join our dynamic team as a Cocktail Bartender, where your primary responsibility will be to provide an outstanding beverage service experience throughout our venue. You will ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to our brand standards, all while engaging with guests and supporting daily bar operations. Your role will also involve compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations and workplace health and safety obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the bar area for service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness at all times.
- Craft and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in the bar, restaurant, and function settings.
- Assist with the setup and execution of functions and events.
- Ensure adherence to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) legislation.
- Accurately operate POS systems and securely manage cash and card transactions.
- Help with stock control, monitoring stock levels, and participating in inventory counts.
- Contribute to revenue growth through effective upselling and promotion of our venue's products and services.
- Assist with closing procedures and the pack-down of bar and service areas.
