What does the role entail?
The Commercial Account Executive plays a pivotal role in uncovering new sales avenues and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth within Enterprise and Commercial contact centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets by negotiating Enterprise-wide agreements.
- Oversee and drive all sales initiatives to fulfill organizational objectives.
- Propose solutions leveraging the strengths of NiCE CXone Mpower and ensure successful implementation.
- Build new strategic partnerships while nurturing existing client relationships to explore opportunities arising from technological advancements.
- Foster high-level relationships with C-suite executives.
- Initiate and manage purchasing agreements between NiCE CXone Mpower and clients.
Do you have what it takes?
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling multiple software solutions (portfolio sales) within complex accounts.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in AI Software Solutions sales.
- A solid understanding of AI technology and its applications.
- Exceptional relationship-building and client management abilities, with an emphasis on trust and resolution of customer escalations.
- A collaborative sales approach, working alongside diverse internal and external teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills that instill confidence and credibility with C and VP-level executives.
- An innate ability to work independently, displaying flexibility and confidence while managing activities and processes to achieve revenue goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
- Experience in selling a full suite of software products and services.
