Your New Responsibilities:
Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously, typically between 3 and 7, depending on their size and complexity
Oversee all phases of projects ranging from $100,000 to $5 million, from pre-construction to project closeout
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work
Coordinate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants
Ensure proper handling of project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Monitor project progress to guarantee quality, safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations
Conduct site visits to assess timelines, standards, and safety practices
Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to address issues and provide project updates
Lead project meetings to ensure all team members are aligned and informed
